Returns Policy
1. This Return Policy applies exclusively to sales between businesses (B2B). By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that consumer protection laws (including rights of withdrawal) do not apply.
2. Upon delivery, you must check whether the delivered products and services comply with the arrangements made and the order you have placed. Any complaints must be submitted in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after delivery of the products.
3. Return of orders of non-compliant products is only possible where expressly agreed in advance by us in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Custom-made, personalized, or special order products;
- Opened or used items;
- Products that are incomplete, or not in their original packaging and condition (products must be undamaged);
- Items purchased more than seven (7) days before submitting the complaint.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
4. If your complaint is justified and your return request is approved, you must return the products within seven (7) days from the date of approval of the return, in original, unopened packaging, free from damage or use, and accompanied by a return authorization number and proof of purchase. 5. We may, at our discretion, repair, replace or credit the goods. This shall be your sole remedy. This fully discharges us.
6. The costs for return are only borne by us if your complaint is timely, correct and justified and not in case of unauthorized returns. We will not be liable for loss or damage during the return transport.
7. Returned goods are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse credit if the items are not received in the condition prescribed in clause 3 of the Return Policy. Any approved credit will be issued as a store credit for our goods only, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from any return or replacement.
